Invest 96L Fizzles; All Clear for a Few Days

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Invest 96L, that tropical wave that looked like it had so much promise, has dropped off the maps. The National Hurricane Center now says it’s expecting no tropical development in the Atlantic over the next five days. Circle of Life.
