...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CENTRAL ORANGE AND NORTHERN
OSCEOLA COUNTIES UNTIL 715 PM EDT...

At 548 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Bay Lake, moving east at 15 mph. Numerous lightning storms are then
expected to develop across Orange and Osceola counties through early
this evening due to several outflow boundaries colliding with the
east coast sea breeze. Some of these storms could become
strong to severe.

Nickel size hail and wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Orlando, Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, Winter Park and Wedgefield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also possible, and may lead to localized
flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning will also be possible.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
