The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southwestern Orange County in east central Florida...
  Northwestern Osceola County in east central Florida...

* Until 1000 PM EDT.

* At 830 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
  heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3
  inches of rain have fallen and an additional 1 to 2 inches is
  possible with these storms before they weaken.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Orlando, Kissimmee, Bay Lake, Buena Ventura Lakes, Oak Ridge,
  Orlando International Airport, East Lake Toho, Intercession City,
  Conway, West Lake Toho, Celebration, Narcoossee, Four Corners,
  Belle Isle, Hunters Creek, Yeehaw Junction, Sea World, Osceola
  Heritage Park, Pine Castle and Campbell.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
