...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 8 PM EDT this evening.

* WINDS...Westerly winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 45
  mph.

* IMPACTS...Drivers should exercise caution on roadways with
  strong winds expected, especially on north to south oriented
  roads. Loose outdoor objects may be blown around. Minor damage
  to trees and limbs, power lines and some property is possible.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 25 mph or greater
are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult...
especially for high profile vehicles. Strong winds can blow
around loose objects. Secure trash cans, lawn furniture and other
objects that can be moved by the strong winds.
