VOLUSIA AND NORTHERN OSCEOLA COUNTIES AFTER 1030 PM EST... AT 950 PM EST, DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS EXTENDING ALONG A LINE FROM GAINESVILLE TO JUST WEST OF TAMPA BAY. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 55 MPH. THIS LINE OF STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH, AND A TORNADO OR TWO WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE. RESIDENTS AND VISITORS TO EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA SHOULD CONTINUE TO CLOSELY MONITOR THE WEATHER OVER THE NEXT TWO TO THREE HOURS, AND BE PREPARED TO SEEK SHELTER IF A WARNING IS ISSUED FOR YOUR AREA.
