...WIND CHILL ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 1 AM TO 9 AM EST
TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Cold wind chills expected. Air temperatures in the mid
  30s to low 40s, and west to northwest winds up to 10 to 15 mph
  across the interior and up to 15 to 20 mph along the coast
  will lead to wind chills ranging from 26 to 33 degrees late
  tonight through early morning Tuesday.

* WHERE...Volusia, Lake, Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Brevard,
  Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee Counties.

* WHEN...1 AM to 9 AM Tuesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold weather shelters may be open in your
  location tonight. Check with local county emergency management
  for locations and operating hours of shelters.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Make sure you dress
appropriately for the cold weather, including a coat, a hat and
gloves.
