The Storm Prediction Center has upgraded the risk of severe weather in the Attractions Area on Monday to a “slight” risk (level 2 out of 5).
The primary risk is wind, with a 15%+ chance of damaging winds occurring within 25 miles of where you are. The tornado risk, however, is below 2%. There’s also at least a 5% chance of 1-inch hail falling in or near the Attractions Area.
Those in the highlighted areas should make sure they have multiple ways to receive warnings should they be issued.
