Orlando Breaks Record High Temperature as Old as the Walt Disney Company

The National Weather Service says that Orlando’s high temperature on Wednesday was record-setting heat for that date in history. The official high temperature for the city Wednesday, as recorded at Orlando International Airport, was 93 degrees. That’s one degree warmer than the prior all-time high for an April 6th; that previous record was set in 1923, the same year that the Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio was founded.
