At 408 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Lake Harris to near Clermont to Sanford, south to Orlando. These storms were nearly stationary. Numerous thunderstorms are ongoing across the Orlando Metro and southern Lake County, with many more expected to develop over the next hour. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, Apopka and Altamonte Springs.
