Northwestern Volusia County in east central Florida... * Until 300 AM EDT. * At 1253 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated squall with heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen with local amounts up to three inches. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Orlando, Apopka, Ocoee, Winter Garden and Leesburg.
