Dorian arrived in earnest in the central Attractions area around 9PM tonight when a relatively large squall began moving through. Winds were not too severe, but the rainfall was enough to prompt the National Weather Service to issue a flood advisory for the area for part of the night.

Winds have generally remained below tropical storm force, but tropical storm warnings remain in effect for Orange County (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld) and Lake County. Hurricane Warnings remain in effect for Brevard County (Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center). Prior tropical storm warnings for Osceola County and tropical storm watches for Polk County (Legoland) were cancelled earlier in the day.

Dorian is on the move. The bulk of the windy and rainy weather should be out of the attractions area by midday on Wednesday, and most of the attractions are due to reopen at some time on Wednesday.
