Southwestern Orange County in east central Florida... Northwestern Osceola County in east central Florida... * Until 1045 AM EDT. * At 851 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kissimmee, Bay Lake, Celebration, West Lake Toho and Intercession City. Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches is expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
